Information for Partner Agencies

Partner agencies are front line social organizations and churches who have registered and been accepted to partner with Gather and Give.

Partner agencies may be called upon from time to time to support Gather and Give with Letters of Support.

Registered agencies are the frontline connection to those in need. We ask that all agencies perform due diligence before submitting a referral on behalf of a client.

A person requesting assistance must be low income/experiencing a crisis and make the request 30 days on either side of their move date..

Gather and Give reserves the right to refuse any agency or client that abuses the service.

All forms must be filled out completely. Missing information may cause a delay in the service.

Items are given on an availability basis; there are no wait lists for items.

Requests that are being picked up are generally ready within 2 to 5 business days (Tues-Sat).

Requests that qualify for delivery service are delivered within one-three weeks of the request, not including closed days and dependant on the availability of volunteer drivers.
